When we introduced RoboSand into the market, we created a sustainable alternative to the rapidly depleting river sand, creating a new way of approaching construction. Robo Acotec Walls fall under the same bracket. They are an eco-friendly alternative compared to traditional building methods and champion a highly sustainable process of construction

Durability & Longevity

Robo Acotec Walls are designed for outstanding durability, offering 2.5 times the compressive strength and 3.5 times the flexural strength of conventional construction materials. This exceptional resilience ensures buildings stay structurally sound for longer, requiring less frequent maintenance or replacement. As a result, the demand for resources is reduced over time, supporting a more sustainable building lifecycle. By using long-lasting materials, buildings constructed with Robo Acotec Walls align with the principles of a circular economy, minimizing the need for new resources and enhancing resource efficiency.

Robo Acotec Walls are extruded, non-load bearing walls with hollow cores, designed to support MEP services while reducing the wall’s density without sacrificing strength. Robo Acotec Walls are produced through automated processes that use 50% less water compared to conventional construction materials. Featuring hollow cores, these walls also enhance sound insulation, reducing noise by 10-12 decibels (dB) compared to traditional building products.
